How To Find The Best Paid Survey Apps

When it comes to online survey apps that pay cash or gift cards, everyone has different favorites.  Some people like the surveys for cash app options, while others are happy with the best survey apps for gift cards, while others prefer a mixture of both.

Below are a few factors to consider when deciding which surveys on the go app options you should sign up to.

  1. Consistent survey offers. The best survey apps to earn money are the ones which send you consistent survey offers.  Surveys are sent based on individual demographics, so you’ll need to sign up for a few different money making survey apps that pay well to start with to see which ones work best for you.
  2. A reliable application. The top 10 survey apps for android and iPhone are the ones with a reliable application.  I’ve heard some horror stories of apps that continually freeze while people are in the middle of completing a survey.  You certainly don’t want to be wasting your time or losing points due to crappy applications.
  3. Fair remuneration. The whole reason you’re signing up to apps that pay you to take surveys is to make some money – so you of course want to be paid fairly for your time and effort.  Keep reading below to find the survey app that pays the most.
  4. Rewards that appeal to you. There is no point signing up to even the highest paying survey apps if they don’t offer rewards you’re interested in.  So check the reviews below and only sign up to the top paid survey apps that pay good money and offer the rewards you want.

LifePoints is considered to be one of the high paying survey apps, making it a definite one to download.  It’s also one of the legit paid survey apps with a reasonably low minimum payout so you can get rewards sooner.

Like most survey apps that make you money, the main way of earning points with LifePoints is via surveys.  Surveys take around 15 minutes or so to complete and you’ll even earn a few points if you’re disqualified from the survey for whatever reason.  Other ways to earn points include mini polls as well as the opportunity to participate in product testing from time to time.

It takes around 10- business days to receive your reward, which is not as fast as some apps that pay you to do surveys but also much faster than some of the other best survey taking apps.

Best Features:

  • Range of survey opportunities (focus groups, short surveys)

YouGov

What You Need To Know

YouGov is another one of the best legit survey apps that pay you for completing surveys. The number of surveys you receive on a weekly basis will depend upon your demographics and what surveys are available at any point in time.

When it comes to apps to take surveys for money, I love the ones that hand out bonuses.  With YouGov, for the first survey you complete they’ll reward you with 2000 points (1400 points equals $1) which really helps to kick off your point balance.  After that, you can expect to receive around 300 to 500 points per survey, with surveys taking between 20 to 30 minutes to complete.

The minimum amount of points you’ll need to earn in order to receive a reward is 35,000, which equates to $15, which is on the higher end compared to some of the other best free survey apps.  This will earn you a gift certificate from a range of retailers including Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart and more. You can also get cash sent to your bank account or PayPal account too when you reach $50.

It takes around 2-3 weeks to receive your gift card after redemption as they are physically mailed to you.

I do think overall there are better contenders for the best app to get paid for surveys, but nevertheless YouGov is certainly one of the good android or iphone survey apps that pay you for taking surveys.

Best Features:

  • High paid survey offers
  • Daily questions
  • Points for referrals

Drawbacks:

  • Delays (2-3 weeks to get gift cards)

You can sign-up to YouGov here.

InboxDollars

When it comes to apps to take surveys and earn money, some people like a bit of variety and not just do surveys all the time, which is where apps like InboxDollars are great. InboxDollars is certainly a good app to consider if you want some variety in earning some cash.

Like any of the apps that pay you for taking surveys, the time to complete surveys varies – but an average is around the 20 minute mark. There’s no confusing point system, so you’ll know exactly how much you’ll earn from each survey. Expect to earn between $.50 and $4.50 depending on how long the survey is.

As well as being one of the best apps to take surveys for money, with InboxDollars you can earn cash by doing quick polls, browsing the internet, online shopping, playing games and more!  You’ll also earn $5 just for signing up.

You will need to have accumulated $30 before you can cash out which is certainly on the higher side.  However you will be able to redeem gift cards or cash into your PayPal.  You can also opt for a check, but it’s much easier to get your cash into your PayPal account.

If you prefer a low cash out threshold, there are probably better options in terms of the best survey apps for cash, but if the $30 minimum doesn’t bother you, InboxDollars is another good one to sign up to.

Best Features:

  • Easy to track cash
  • Well paid surveys
  • Earn points from various tasks

Drawbacks:

  • High cash out minimum ($30)

You can sign-up to Inbox Dollars here.

Pinecone Research

What You Need To Know

  • App suitable for iPhone and Android
  • Min. Withdrawal: $1

Sign up to Pinecone Research here

If you’re after survey apps with no minimum payout, then Pinecone Research is a good one to consider.  While they do have a minimum of $1 – you really won’t find anything lower than that.  Plus overall it is one of the best apps to make money taking surveys.

Most people say they tend to receive around 4 to 8 surveys per month with Pinecone Research.  Each survey takes around 15-20 minutes to complete and you can earn around 100 to 300 points (100 points equals $1) per survey.  So in most cases, you can cash out after just one survey, which is why it’s one of the top survey apps to make money.

One thing I quite like about Pinecone Research compared to other apps that pay for surveys is you won’t be disqualified from any survey.  Pinecone Research will only send you surveys you’re qualified for.  So there is no wasting your time on surveys where you get rejected after a few questions.

Pinecone Research offers a range of rewards including cash into PayPal or gift cards for places such as Amazon, Starbucks and more. It takes around 3 to 5 business days to see your reward which is pretty fast and with only a $1 minimum cashout it certainly makes for one of the best survey rewards app options.

Best Features:

  • Fast processing times
  • Low PayPal cash out ($1)
  • No survey screen outs

Drawbacks:

  • Limited survey offers

You can sign-up to Pinecone Research here.

Opinion Bureau

opinionbureau

What You Need To Know

  • App suitable for iPhone and Android
  • Min. Withdrawal: $10

Sign up to Opinion Bureau here

Another one of the apps that give you money for surveys which I quite like is Opinion Bureau. Like all the other real paid survey apps above, Opinion Bureau conducts market research for other organizations and pays you based on the time it takes to complete the surveys.

The amount you can earn with Opinion Bureau depends on the length of the survey.  You can expect to earn anywhere from between $2 to $10. You can also receive bonus points just by signing up as well as when you refer friends and family too.

You need to have $10 in your account before you can cash out, which is pretty standard among survey apps that give you money.  There is a wide range of rewards available including prepaid Mastercards or gift cards for places such as Amazon, iTunes and more. You can also opt to get cash sent to your PayPal account.

Opinion Bureau claims that you’ll receive your reward within 10 business days, but I’ve heard from others that it can take much longer than this. However Opinion Bureau is certainly one of the highest paid survey apps, so if you can deal with this delay, it’s well worth downloading.

Best Features:

  • Some high paid surveys
  • Points for polls and referrals
  • Good survey notifications

Drawbacks:

  • Normal survey delays (10 business days)
  • Limited support

You can sign-up to Opinion Bureau here.

What You Need To Know

Univox is a great option for those looking for the best survey apps for earning money which will reward long term users. This can be a bit tricky for newbies, but if you’re prepared to be loyal to the app you will be well rewarded.

Like any online survey app for money, Univox will send you surveys to complete which match your profile.  You can expect surveys to take between 5 to 15 minutes to complete and earn around 50 and 200 points (100 points being equal to $1).  You can also earn points just for signing up and by referring friends.

Unlike other apps that give money for surveys, with Univox they have a tiered point redemption system that is designed to reward loyal members. So when you start out, you will need to obtain 2500 points in order to cash out. Next, you will need to have 2000 points and then 1500 points. From then on, you’ll only need to accumulate 1000 points to cash out each time.

The rewards on offer are pretty similar to any other take surveys for cash app with the option to redeem your points for gift cards to places such as Amazon, receive a prepaid MasterCard or have your cash sent to your PayPal account.  Processing time for a gift card is around 15 days, which is probably on par with most of the best online survey apps to make money.

Best Features:

  • Small reward for screen outs
  • More points for more loyal users
  • Points for referrals

Drawbacks:

  • Normal processing times (around 15 days for gift cards)
